A house perfect for holidays at the seaside complete with sun loungers around an aqua Swimming Pool in a private courtyard.

The Seafront House consists of an open plan and L-shaped sitting, dining and kitchen. The sitting room has magnificent views of the Moving Ocean and Rolling Waves with sliding doors opening to a covered patio on both the seaside and the mountainside with pool. The kitchen is adequate and equipped to handle a house of 14. There is a separate utility room and a laundry.

The Main Bedroom with crispy linen on a King Bed has it's own view of rolling waves and a sliding door opening to a deck. The shower en suite is in keeping with the simplistic feel of this beach home. Two bedrooms, both with crispy linen, and a bathroom, make up the wing on the other side of the living area.

Across the courtyard with pool, you enter a modern, light and spacious Atrium with a big dining table and friendly benches for family gatherings around sumptuous meals. This part of the property extends to another living area complete with kitchenette, a small private patio and 4 more bedroom suites. A separate entrance affords occupants in this section complete privacy if desired.

Extended families will feel quite comfortable in this property layout.
